Roll up Sandwiches

Aquí tenéis las fotos de la última sesión de Squeeze Me.

Esta vez aprendimos a aplanar y extender pan de molde, luego añadimos diversos ingredientes e hicimos  rollitos, después los  cortamos en trocitos  para finalmente ensartarlos en unas brochetas de madera. El resultado, ¡estupendo! ya lo veis.

Here you have the pictures of our last workshop. This time we learned how to flat out sliced bread then we added different ingredients and made rolls. Later we cut out those rolls and string them in wooden skewers. The result was pretty amazing as you can see.

STUFFED EGGS

Dear fans; Aqui os muestro las fotos de la última receta de nuestro Squeeze Me el pasado miércoles, Huevos Rellenos. Fáciles y deliciosos. Primero pelamos los huevos ya hervidos tarea un tanto entretenida y muy novedosa para más de uno ¿ A que si? Después los cortamos en dos mitades y sacamos las yemas para mezclarlas en un bol con atún, un poco de tomate frito y mayonesa. Finalmente rellenamos las claras con la mezcla y rallamos un poco de yema sobrante para darle una presentación chachi piruli, ah y no nos olvidemos de las aceitunas ¡Qué bien queda el color verde sobre el amarillo! Nos vemos el próximo miércoles para nuestros Sandwich Roll-ups, ¿Que qué es eso?, ahora mismo os paso el enlace para que vayáis haciendo boca.

 Here you have the last pictures of our Squeeze Me session last Wednesday, Stuffed Eggs. Easy and yummy. First we peeled the eggs, that was a bit tricky and a total first for more than one, Am I right? Then we cut them in two halves and extracted the yolks to mix them up in a bowl with tunna, a little bit of tomatoe sauce and mayonnaise. Finally we stuffed the white halves with that mix and grated a bit of spare yolk to decotare it along with some green olives which resulted in a beautiful presentation. WELCOME SQUEEZE ME!!!!

Dear fans;
Welcome to our  new season of Squeeze Me 2017, our dearest cooking course in which to make delicious recipes, discover new flavours and textures and have lots of fun.
Let me introduce you to this year's spectacular team of chefs, all of them students from 3º and 4º of Primary who showed up last Wednesday full of enthusiasm  and also full equiped ready  for our first yummy  task: OREO CHEESE CAKE.
As you can see in the pictures there was not a missing detail; chopping boards, pin rolls, bowls and wiskers and a big appetite for those yummy cookies mixed with a srumptious cream of cheese and condensed milk, mmmmmm yummy yummy!!!!
Thank you all for your interest and commitment, bearin in mind that it was just a first class I had to admit that I got nicely surprised at the great result. Well done team!
See you all next Wednesday at 16:30h in my class, and get ready for our next adventure STUFFED EGGS MMMM can't wait!

Bienvenidos a la nueva edición de Squeeze Me nuestro querido taller de cocina en inglés donde aprender a elaborar sencillas recetas, descubrir nuevos sabores y texturas y pasarlo estupendamente.
Y aquí os presento al nuevo y espectacualr equipo de este curso, niños y niñas de 3º y 4º de Primaria que acudieron la semana pasada con mucho entusiasmo y equipados a la perfección para poner en marcha la primera receta OREO CHEESE CAKE ( Tarta de queso de Oreos).
Como veís había de todo, tablas, boles, rodillos, varillas y mucho apetito para hincarle el diente a  esas galletas dispuestas  en capas con una mezcla contundente  de queso y leche condensada,  mmm rico rico!
Gracias a todos por vuestro interés, tengo que reconocer que para ser la primera clase el resultado fue sorprendentemente mejor de lo esperado, !sois unos fenómenos!
Nos vemos el próximo miércoles a las 16:30 en mi aula, id echando un vistazo a la siguiente receta, HUEVOS RELLENOS. MMMMM
